Looks a little bit like "Hans Huckebein" from the story by "Wilhelm Busch". Do you know the story?

This, for some reason, reminds me of the "baby" from Eraserhead.

I always feel bad for the poor thing. I know I'm a giant puss, but the ending makes me all weepy. I'm like, "Oh, you poor, hideous, horse-fetus...thing. LET ME GIVE YOU A HUG!"

*cough*

Still, that movie has the best family dinner ever portrayed on film.

Ugh, utterly fantastic! Those eyes are divine!
There's an old duck/rabbit illusion this reminds me of [link] I used it (in much smaller form) in a rabbit painting I did but man, what you did here is beyond the beyond, what an awesome piece. I'd love to buy a print of this.

someone else pointed that illus out to me as well...i don't remember having seen it before, but since my memory is kinda tattered i wouldn't be surprised if the image was kicking around in my subconscious...
I don't have prints available for this one here on dA, but feel free to slap the file to disc and run it down to kinko's, they make a pretty good laser print, you have my permission. Hell, if we wind up meeting in the area i'll be happy to sign it for you too.
