I love the angelic face with the cold almost dead eyes. Beautiful depiction of a fallen angel.

I really enjoy the rawness and fluidity of this... I do enjoy the touch of watercolor to the graphite.

"Quod Me Nutrit Me Destruit..." That which dies away, we seldom can let go of. Like the death of a mother, she was once a part of the subject...

i wanted this one to have kind of a raw quality as a further suggestion of decay...though admittedly, i did spend less time on it than some of the others.

It certain does have a raw quality. It has more realism and definition in some parts than a number of the others of yours I saw, though.

Have you read Skellig, by David Almond? It reminds me distinctly of that. Beautiful.

I feel the same about a lot of useless things. I love his expression, it's defiant and sad at the same time. How do you do that?

This one is really stunning. I love it. In the thumbnail, the wings and feathers appear to be limbs and leaves. I love the colors and the texture, also.

i guess most of it will be back up in due course...i'm doing it slowly so as not to clutter up everyones' Dev boxes by dumpin' 'em all at once. plus i'm trying to mix in a lot of new stuff while i'm at it.
